Gorfion Familotel - Malbun

We had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The hotel facilities were excellent, including ski in/out access and a fantastic dining experience. The cleanliness was excellent, and we loved the location, offering amazing views of the surrounding mountains. the breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful location, good food for breakfast. Everything was beautiful as expected, even so the bathroom was very small. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Malbun Zentrum bus stop. We loved our incredible stay there a lot👍

The hotel had a great location near a ski resort and we enjoyed the proximity to the slopes. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the variety of activities offered, including a spa and restaurant options.

Our experience was soured by the overwhelming presence and noise of children throughout the hotel, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful holiday getaway. the room we were given did not meet our expectations based on the photos and we were disappointed with the lack of space and basic amenities.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel so welcome. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to ski trails. The meals were absolutely delicious, and I didn't have a single dish I didn't like. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, and I loved the pool and playground for the kids. There were so many activities to do, and the hotel even had a spa and wellness center for ultimate relaxation.

We had a romantic escape to a hotel nestled in a snowy mountain range. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, with the snow-capped mountains and wooden chalets creating a fairy tale atmosphere. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with wonderful staff who were always ready to help us. The bar was cozy, with a crackling fire filling the room with warmth. We especially enjoyed the hotel's spa, which provided a relaxing and serene experience.

The size of the bathroom was surprisingly small, making it difficult to move around. The lighting in the room was also not quite sufficient, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, even though there were two pillows, they could have used one bigger pillow, folded in half, to make it more comfortable. Finally, while the hotel was located in a scenic and idyllic setting, there wasn't much to do within walking distance, requiring a short drive or bus ride to reach other locations.
